Situated across from the city's main rail station the Radisson Blu Hotel is in the centre of Glasgow city centre. Shopping areas such as Princess Square and Argyll Arcade, are within walking distance, whilst other local attractions include the Burrell Collection, Glasgow School of Art, Holmwood House, Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum and The Lighthouse.

By train

Glasgow Central Station is a few steps from the hotel and Glasgow Queen Street station is only a 10 minute walk away. The franchise for the West Coast Mainline train route is held by Virgin Trains. From Edinburgh - during peak hours services run direct every 15 minutes to Glasgow Queen Street station (where you can change for Glasgow Central Station).

From the North West – a regular service from Manchester Piccadilly via Leeds with a journey time of just over 3 hours

From the North East - services from Leeds are regular and may involve a change or two.

From the Midlands - trains from Birmingham New Street are hourly and take from 4 to 6 hours.

From London – Virgin trains currently operates between London Euston to Glasgow Central Station and journey times will take between 4hrs30 and 5hrs and depart roughly every hour.

From Wales - from Cardiff Central the journey usually involves a change and can take from 6 to 7 hours.

From the South West - an hourly service from Exeter St Davids with a journey time of between 6 and 7 hours and from Bristol Temple Meads.

By bus

Buchanan Bus Station is the central bus station for Glasgow and is about a 10 minute walk away from the hotel.  National Express coach services operate from the bus station to cities across the UK.

By air

Glasgow International Airport is 12 kilometres away from the hotel. The airport bus is a fast and affordable transport option. Disembark at the Glasgow Central Station stop, and the hotel is a short walk down Hope Street.

By car

The M8 motorway is only two minutes from the hotel.
